Base Alpha is built and operated by Galapptic LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app handles, where it is kept, and your rights.
Base Alpha does not collect any personal data. There is no account or sign-in, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or any identifier for you or your device.
The app saves a few things only on your device so it can remember where you left off: your mission in progress (your base, your crew and any names you give them, supplies, discoveries and the day of the mission), the discoveries in your Science Archive, whether you have finished the training mission, and your settings (shadows, and whether menus pause the game). This information is never sent to us or anyone else.
Base Alpha contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking code, and does not track you across other apps or websites. There are no in-app purchases. The app does not need an internet connection to play.
If you have chosen to share crash reports or analytics with app developers in your device's settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports under Apple's privacy policy. The home screen's link to NASA's Moon Base page opens in your web browser and is covered by that website's own policy.
We do not sell or share your data with any third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Your mission, archive and settings are stored only on your device, and we never receive a copy of them. Deleting Base Alpha removes all of its data. If you contact us by email, your message is retained only as long as needed to respond.

Base Alpha does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
If the app ever begins to collect data, we will update this policy before that change is released.
