Live Wire is built and operated by Galapptic LLC. The short version: the app doesn't collect any data. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics and no tracking. This policy explains how the app handles the little information it keeps for you.
None. We don't collect, receive or store any personal information or usage data from the app. It doesn't connect to our servers or anyone else's.
The app saves your progress (the levels you've solved and the stars you've earned) and your settings on your device. Since version 1.2 it also keeps a copy in your own iCloud account, so your progress comes back if you reinstall the app or move to a new iPhone signed in to the same Apple ID. That copy is stored by Apple under your Apple ID, and we can't see or access it. Deleting the app removes the copy on your device, and you can manage iCloud for your apps in your iPhone's Settings.
The app doesn't include any third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services, and it has no in-app purchases. The only outside services it uses are Apple's: iCloud for the progress backup, and Apple's standard prompt for rating the app, which Apple decides when to show. Any rating or review you leave goes to the App Store, not to us. Both are covered by Apple's privacy policy.
Because the app doesn't collect any data, we have nothing to retain. If you contact us by email, your message is retained only as long as needed to respond.
We don't hold any data about you from the app. Your progress stays on your device and in your own iCloud account, both of which you control. If you've emailed us, you can ask us to delete your messages at hello@galapptic.com.
This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. It doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children.
