Days of Us (“Days of Us: Love Counter”) is built and operated by Galapptic LLC. It counts how long you and someone you love have been together and reminds you of your special days. We designed it so that your story stays yours. This policy explains what the app handles, where it is kept, and your rights.
Days of Us does not collect any personal data. There is no account or sign-in, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or any identifier for you or your device.
Everything you enter (the names you type, your start date and time, birthdays, memories and notes, countdowns, and your settings) is saved on your device. If iCloud is turned on for your Apple Account, a private copy of that text is also kept in your own iCloud (Apple’s iCloud key-value storage for this app) so it comes back if you reinstall the app or get a new iPhone. That copy belongs to your Apple Account; we cannot see it. Photos you choose are copied into the app’s own folder on your iPhone and are never uploaded; like any app’s files, they are part of your iPhone’s own backup.
When you add a photo, iOS shows you the photo picker and gives the app only the photo you choose. The app does not read the rest of your library and does not use the camera or microphone.
Widgets read your counter from a storage area shared only between the app and its widget on your iPhone. Special-day reminders are scheduled on your iPhone by iOS itself; nothing is sent from a server.
When you send your counter to someone, the link itself carries the two names, the start date and your chosen look, after a “#” in the address. Browsers do not send that part of a link to our website, so it never reaches us; the page reads it in the browser to show the count. Anyone who has the link can see what it contains, so share it with the people you mean to.
Days of Us contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking code, and does not track you across other apps or websites. The app works without an internet connection.
Days of Us offers an optional one-time Pro purchase. Payments are handled entirely by Apple through your Apple Account under Apple’s privacy policy; we never receive your name, payment details, or any other personal information from a purchase.
If you have chosen to share crash reports or analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports under Apple’s privacy policy. Links open in your web browser and are covered by those websites’ own policies.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone.
Days of Us is a general-audience app. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children, and has no ads, chat, or social features.
We never receive a copy of your data. In the app, More → Erase everything deletes your counters, memories and photos from the app and replaces the iCloud copy with an empty one; deleting a single counter removes it and its photos. Deleting the app removes it from your iPhone; the iCloud copy stays in your iCloud so it can be restored if you install the app again. If you email us, your message is kept only as long as needed to respond.
We do not hold personal data about Days of Us users. Questions or requests? Contact us at hello@galapptic.com.
If the app ever begins to collect data, we will update this policy before that change is released.
