By downloading or using Days of Us, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple EULA). If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app or its content. Only share invite links and cards with people you mean to share them with.
Days of Us Pro is a one-time purchase, sold and processed by Apple. It is not a subscription. It can be shared with your family through Family Sharing and restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Everything you enter is stored on your device, with a copy of the text in your own iCloud when iCloud is available. Galapptic LLC has no access to it and cannot recover data that was erased or lost.
All content within Days of Us, including its designs, themes, share cards, sounds, artwork and text, is owned by Galapptic LLC and protected by copyright law. The cards you make are yours to share.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galapptic LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including missed reminders or loss of saved data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
