Kurious is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app or its content.
Kurious offers an optional Explorer subscription at $1.99/month after a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. You can cancel at any time through your iPhone's Subscription settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
All content within Kurious, including text, graphics, and game assets, is owned by Galapptic LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Galapptic LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
