By downloading or using Color Me Debt Free, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Color Me Debt Free is a planning and tracking tool. Payoff dates, interest amounts, and savings are estimates based on the numbers you enter and assume your rates, minimum payments, and budget stay the same. Real lenders calculate interest in their own ways (for example daily balances and statement cycles), so your actual balances will differ. Nothing in the app is financial, legal, or tax advice. Check important numbers with your lender, and consider talking to a qualified professional or a nonprofit credit counselor about your situation.
The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app or its content.
Color Me Debt Free Pro is a one-time purchase sold and processed by Apple through the App Store, and Apple's terms apply. It is not a subscription. Pro can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. Purchases are final except as required by law; refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Everything you enter is stored on your device, with a copy in your own iCloud when iCloud is available. Galapptic LLC has no access to it and cannot recover data that was erased or lost.
All content within Color Me Debt Free, including the pictures, graphics, and text, is owned by Galapptic LLC and protected by copyright law.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Galapptic LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on its estimates, missed payments, or loss of saved data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
