How does the potty timer work?Pick an interval (every 20 minutes for a 3-day start, 45–60 minutes for a steady routine) and your child’s awake hours. Potty Pop reminds you at every interval, even when the app is closed, and starts the count over whenever you log a potty trip. Each morning starts with a wake-up potty. Pause it for naps and outings with one tap.
The reminders don’t ring. What should I check?Make sure notifications are allowed for Potty Pop (iPhone Settings → Notifications → Potty Pop) and that a Focus mode isn’t silencing them. The sounds follow your silent switch. Reminders are scheduled two days ahead and topped up every time you open the app.
What is stretch mode?For the 3-day method: after every 3 wins in a row the timer adds 5 minutes, and an accident takes 5 minutes back (never below where you started). It turns on automatically with the 3-Day Potty Party approach and can be switched in the timer settings.
How do stickers and buddies work?Every pee or poop in the potty starts a little party, then your child picks one of three stickers for their chart. A full chart earns the prize you picked, and a new buddy joins. You can turn on stickers for tries too (great for little ones), and give bonus stickers anytime.
Can the party be quieter?Yes. Settings → The party lets you turn off sounds or the voice that cheers your child’s name, and choose a party style. All sounds follow the silent switch and play alongside your music.
Can my partner or daycare see the log?Potty Pop has no accounts, so each phone keeps its own log. Use “Send an update” on Today to text how the day is going, and Pro’s daycare sheet to share your routine. With Family Sharing, Pro works on your partner’s iPhone too.
What does Pro include, and what does it cost?Pro is a one-time purchase (the price is shown in the app; no subscription). It adds all 8 sticker packs (72 stickers), every party style, rhythm insights (usual times, typical gap, a suggested timer), night training, more than one child, 30-day charts and full history, and a printable graduate certificate and daycare sheet. I already bought Pro.Open Potty Pop → Settings → Restore purchase while signed in to the same Apple Account. Family members can use Pro through Family Sharing.
Who can see my data?Only you. There’s no account, no ads and no tracking, and the app sends nothing to us. Your data stays on your iPhone, with a private copy in your own iCloud so it survives a reinstall.
How do I start over?Settings → Erase everything deletes everything from your iPhone and your iCloud copy. Pro stays with your Apple Account.
