By downloading or using Potty Pop, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple EULA). If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Potty Pop is a helper for potty training: a timer, a log, celebrations and general guides. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the app is medical advice. Insights such as typical times and suggested timer settings are estimates from what you log. If your child has pain, blood in pee or poop, constipation, or any health concern, talk to your child’s doctor.
The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app or its content. Please keep an eye on young children using your phone.
Potty Pop Pro is a one-time purchase, sold and processed by Apple. It is not a subscription. It can be shared with your family through Family Sharing and restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Everything you enter is stored on your device, with a copy in your own iCloud when iCloud is available. Galapptic LLC has no access to it and cannot recover data that was erased or lost.
All content within Potty Pop, including its characters, stickers, sounds, artwork, guides and text, is owned by Galapptic LLC and protected by copyright law.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galapptic LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including missed reminders, decisions made based on its insights or guides, or loss of saved data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
