Unleaf Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Overview

Unleaf (“Unleaf: Quit Kratom & 7-OH”) is built and operated by Galapptic LLC. What you track in a recovery app is deeply personal, so Unleaf was designed so that it never leaves your control. This policy explains what the app handles, where it is kept, and your rights.

Data We Collect

Unleaf does not collect any personal data. There is no account or sign-in, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, health data, or any identifier for you or your device.

Everything you enter (the products you take, the doses you log, your taper plan, check-ins with mood, cravings, withdrawal symptoms and notes, cravings you ride out, what you used to spend, your reasons for quitting, and an optional support person’s name and number) is saved on your device. If iCloud is turned on for your Apple Account, a private copy is also kept in your own iCloud (Apple’s iCloud key-value storage for this app) so your progress comes back if you reinstall the app or get a new iPhone. That copy belongs to your Apple Account; we cannot see it. Nothing is ever sent to us or anyone else.

Notifications and Face ID

Reminders (the evening check-in, new taper steps, your jump day and milestones) are scheduled on your iPhone by iOS itself; nothing is sent from a server. They never mention kratom, 7-OH or amounts. If you turn on the app lock, Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode is checked by iOS; the app only learns whether unlocking succeeded.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Unleaf contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking code, and does not track you across other apps or websites. The app works without an internet connection.

Purchases

Unleaf offers optional Pro subscriptions and a one-time Pro unlock. Payments are handled entirely by Apple through your Apple Account under Apple’s privacy policy; we never receive your name, payment details, or any other personal information from a purchase.

Sharing, Reports and Help Lines

If you share a progress card or make a report for your doctor, the image or PDF is created on your device and the iOS share sheet opens; you choose where it goes. Share cards leave out amounts unless you turn them on. Tapping a help line or your support person opens your phone or messaging app; the app itself sends nothing.

Third-Party Services

If you have chosen to share crash reports or analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports under Apple’s privacy policy. Links open in your web browser and are covered by those websites’ own policies.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone.

Data Retention and Deletion

We never receive a copy of your data. Settings → Erase everything deletes it from the app and replaces the iCloud copy with an empty one. Deleting the app removes it from your iPhone; the iCloud copy stays in your iCloud so it can be restored if you install the app again, and you can remove it by using Erase everything before deleting the app. Your iPhone’s own backups may include the app’s data like any other app’s. If you email us, your message is kept only as long as needed to respond.

Your Rights

We do not hold personal data about Unleaf users. Questions or requests? Contact us at hello@galapptic.com.

Children

Unleaf is intended for adults 18 and over and does not collect personal information from anyone.

Changes

If the app ever begins to collect data, we will update this policy before that change is released.
