Unleaf Terms of Use

By downloading or using Unleaf, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple EULA). If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

Unleaf is a self-help tracking tool for adults. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Taper plans are schedules built from the amounts and pace you choose; withdrawal timelines and guides are general information that may not match your situation. Nothing in the app is medical advice.

Stopping kratom or 7-OH can cause withdrawal, and 7-OH withdrawal can be similar to opioid withdrawal. Talk to a doctor before and during any taper, especially if you take 7-OH, take large amounts, are pregnant, or take other medicines. After a break, your tolerance is lower and taking your previous amount can be dangerous. In an emergency, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988 in the US.

The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use by adults 18 and over. You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app or its content.

Unleaf Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription (yearly or monthly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase, sold and processed by Apple. A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. Purchases can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Everything you enter is stored on your device, with a copy in your own iCloud when iCloud is available. Galapptic LLC has no access to it and cannot recover data that was erased or lost.

All content within Unleaf, including its artwork, guides and text, is owned by Galapptic LLC and protected by copyright law.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galapptic LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including health outcomes, decisions made based on its plans, timelines or guides, missed reminders, or loss of saved data.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
